  • Your daily electrolyte needs vary based on your diet, lifestyle, and how active you are. Each AMP sachet contains:

    • Celtic Salt → 1.5g
    • Potassium Chloride → 0.6g
    • Magnesium Glycinate → 0.25g
    • Magnesium Malate → 0.25g
    • Organic Lemon Powder → 6g

    Research suggests that an ideal daily intake of electrolytes includes 4–6g of sodium, 3.5–5g of potassium, and 400–600mg of magnesium.
